Sinai Memorial Chapel has its home office and facilities on Divisidero
and Geary.
Sinai Memorial Chapel was established in the late 1800's and has continued as a Holy Burial Society -Chevra Kadisha - all these years. This one building houses many of the funeral needs: several beautiful Chapel rooms, and a preparation room. Additionally, the Menorah Room is the place where advance arrangements are made and grief counseling takes place. This building remains the heart of Sinai's operations and is in constant contact with the Lafayette and Peninsula-South Bay facilities. Samuel J. Salkin, (FDR 3371) is the Executive Director of Sinai Memorial Chapel.
