Barbara Schneider
September 25, 1929 - November 10, 2015
Barbara Jean Lane Schneider, "Bobbye" passed away peacefully in her home in Burlingame, surrounded by loved ones. She was 86 years old. Bobbye was born in San Francisco, attended Lowell High School and settled in Hillsborough for over 40 years.
Bobbye was a devoted wife and mother, investor and avid tennis player. While she thoroughly enjoyed all travel, she considered Paris, France her second home.
She was a loving and charismatic lady. Her family and friends will remember her avant-guard style, innovative and artistic ideas, fun personality and her ability to love and accept unconditionally. She was deeply involved in the lives of her children and grandchildren. And, for all who knew her, Bobbye was an amazing friend.
Bobbye is survived by her sister, four children and their spouses, thirteen grandchildren, and a world of friends and family who will miss her profoundly.
A memorial service will take place on Sunday, November 22nd at 2:30pm at Sinai Memorial Chapel, 1501 Divisidero Street, San Francisco.
