Beatrice "Bea" Joyce Nye, nee Leson, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 5 at age 93. She was born in Oakland, CA to Minnie (Berman) and Meyer Leson. Survivors include her daughter, Carol Jean "Jeannie" Pearlstein (Don Greenlee), four grandchildren-- Howard S. Spunt, Lori A. Geisert (Mark), Diane O. Ensey (John), Nathan Pearlstein Greenlee, and six great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Shirley Haimson (Ed) and her niece Deborah Schreibstein (Len), as well as several other nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial services and burial will be held on Thursday, September 10, at 11:00 a.m. at Eternal Home Cemetery, 1051 El Camino Real, Colma.
